At YLK Watch Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Customized or special-order products.
• Watch batteries and repair services.
• Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
